Delicious & Nutritious Low Calorie Pasta

Today I fancied something different for lunch so I made one of my favourite meals lunch size and it was perfect! Filling (but not bloating), satisfying & it's only 306 calories 😍 Everyone in the office will definitely have food envy with this yummy meal!


*Note, I don’t calorie count religiously every day but I know roughly how many calories are in my meals & snacks and I know how much I need to eat to achieve weight loss & maintenance.*




INGREDIENTS


1. @seedsofchange Spinach pasta = 100 calories.

I used 60g of this which was quite a lot as it expands a little when it cooks!


2. 70g chopped mushrooms = 15 cals

Roughly weighed out, they’re so light it’s hard to tell!


3. Handful Spinach = 5 calories

(again roughly as it's so light)


4. 100g Sweet Potato = 86 calories


5. 50ml Creme Fraiche = 89 calories


6. 1tsp miso paste - 11 calories


TOTAL CALORIES = 306!





NUTRITIONAL BENIFITS


Miso is rich in essential minerals and a good source of various B vitamins, vitamins E, K and folic acid.
