The perfect way to spice up a boring snack like carrot or cucumber sticks without all of the sugar and fats that shop bought dips contain.
Okay, here's the recipe...
INGREDIENTS
1 can chickpeas
2 small to medium beetroots
Juice of 1 lime
Sprinkle of Himalayan salt & pepper
3-4 tablespoons of tahini
2-3 teaspoons white miso paste
A splash of milk to help the consistency blend
*(As always, taste test as you go. I always end up adding more or less of different ingredients based on my taste preferences that day!)*
METHOD
Simply blend all of your ingredients together and enjoy!
If you want to be a little extra, sprinkle some paprika and pepper on top.
Store and eat straight from the fridge.
