I’ve noticed a few more followers in the community over the last couple of weeks so I wanted to say Hello and thank you for joining the community 👋 🥰 To give you a better understanding of who I am and what Luxe Life is about, I'm going to share a few reasons why I started my blog with you.
1. I like food. I like cooking food. & I enjoy sharing my favourites so others can enjoy too. It's as simple as that! I like cooking from scratch because it’s fun. The added benefit is that I know exactly what goes into my food and control exactly how it tastes. (Yes this also has nutritional benefits, no this doesn’t mean I don’t eat chocolate and drink alcohol every now and then).
2. I am passionate about living an active, BALANCED lifestyle and try to encourage other to do the same. Once I started to make a few small changes to my everyday routine (including creating new recipes, being more active, a better sleep routine, etc.), I realised how much better it made me feel and I wanted to share it, this is where Luxe Life was born.
3. This is NOT a weight loss page. I am passionate about fitness and cooking but I haven't shared my daily calories, trackers, muscle gain, etc. until now. Some people have shown an interest so I thought I'd blog the journey as I go through it to help others who may be considering it. My main goal of Luxe Life is and will always be to help others make small changes to improve their life.
