Hi everyone, I'm BACK!
After a few months off I'm excited to get back to sharing tips and insights on living a healthy, happy & balanced lifestyle.
So what's new?
I'm on the way to becoming a Qualified Nutrition & Sports Nutrition Coach. Exciting!
This has been something I've wanted to do for some time and 2022 was the year to take the plunge. So from now, I'll be sharing lots more nutritional content to 'Luxe Life by Molly', as well as dispelling lots (LOTS) of misinformation that's out there.
I've re-named Luxe Life to 'Luxe Life by Molly' as I'll be sharing more content of my personal nutrition, training, and lifestyle and my ups and downs, for a more genuine and realistic view of a 'balanced & healthy' life.
I've been working on my personal training routine and nutrition plan, which I've noticed a real difference with, so I'm excited to share lots of helpful information & tips around exercise and diet.
Finally, I've taken up TIKTOK (late to the party I know...) so come on over and say hi and have a giggle at my expense! I'll be sharing realistic, funny and educational videos :)
